COVID-19 Protocols

there will be a maximum of 12 participants allowed
physical distancing will be maintained, when possible
masks must be worn at all times
participants will be required to complete a Self-Assessment Questionnaire and have their temperature checked
equipment will be washed and sanitized, prior to being used in the course
nitrile gloves will be provided to participants and must be worn when operating machinery

Course Booking and Cancellation Policies

New Booking Policy

Due to the frequency of last minute cancellations and no-shows by registrants of our Safety Training Courses, unfortunately, effective immediately, we will require that all registrants prepay by credit card in order to reserve a training spot.

Replacement Cards

We will replace lost or stolen certification cards, free of charge, up to five years from the date the course was taken. We are unable to replace cards that are older than five years due to liability and due diligence legislation. We strongly recommend that you photocopy all safety training certification cards and keep them in a safe place. Dwight Crane Training Courses

Safety Training Course

Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP – Scissor/Boom)

Training Courses Include:

Formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, written material, and manufacturer's videos)
Practical training (demonstrations and exercises performed by the trainee)
Evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace (in collaboration with customer), if applicable.
