Permits and Planning

Free Site Visits and Estimates!

We want to make sure your project goes as smooth as possible. That's why we offer complete planning assistance for street and airport set-ups from start to finish. We work with you and the municipality or airport authority to acquire the proper permits to get the job done.

Lane Closures and Diversions

We can provide licensed traffic control professionals to set-up traffic diversions, as well as lane and road closures.

• Provide all traffic control signs (Per MTO Book 7)
• Provide Traffic Control Plans (Per MTO Book 7)
• Labour to set-up and remove lane/road signage
• Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic

Paid Duty Police

We take care of arranging and booking Paid Duty Police when they are required by the municipality to be on location during street and lane closures.

Airport Permits

Areas around airports require special permissions to be able to operate within their limits. We can acquire these permits at all airports, i.e Hamilton, Pearson International, Buttonville, and Oshawa. If you have any questions about being in an airport zone you can call our office and a representative will be able to determine if you are operating within a specific zone.

Transit and Utilities Approvals

There are circumstances that require approval from transit and/or utility departments prior to setting up in specific locations. We deal directly with these departments to ensure a safe and efficient set up for the crane is provided.
